Im just on my way back from Morocco and my brain is still full from GITEX. There are things you simply cannot learn from reading or listening to someone talk about them. You have to be in the room. And this week put me in a lot of rooms. And yes, the solutions we saw at GITEX were good. But I want to be honest with you: what we are learning and building here is far more advanced than anything I saw there. Let that sink in. I’m coming back with one thing burning in my mind. Something I always had in the back of my head but now I am ready to move fast and execute. I am building an Agency Builder Network Here is the reality: I came back with more potential clients than I can handle alone. The opportunities are literally endless and everywhere. Moroccan market, MENA, and beyond. And I refuse to let those opportunities go to waste. So I want to build a network of people I trust. People who can execute. People who are ready. Here is who I am looking for right now: People who are already building production AI solutions or are confident they can start immediately. People who are strong at selling or advertising online. Sector specialists across hospitality, agriculture, marketing, logistics, and more. The way this works: I can bring you clients that I can’t currently take, together we will organise the network by sector so we always know who is the go-to person for what, and together we deliver. I will supervise and double check everything if needed at the beginning to make sure quality is there, and you are comfortable with it.. Everyone benefits. This is just an idea I’m exploring and I’d like to give it a real structure and putting in place right now. We start with Moroccan clients. Then we open to broader MENA clients. Then we go West. I will do a proper live on all of this once I catch my breath after coming back. But I am not waiting to put out the call. Hey everyone! I’ve created a Discord channel for our community, and it will be dedicated to practicing all the courses and getting hands-on help whenever needed. We will have different levels, and everyone can discuss the lessons and help each other practice to reach their goals. The levels will range from beginners to experts! The channel will be focused on practicing all the course material and supporting each other in building agents. Each member will be assigned to the level that fits them, and once they’re ready, they can move up to the next level so they don’t get overwhelmed with too much information at once. The courses will still be available here on Skool, and the whole community can continue asking questions and discussing topics here as well. I’ll also bring some advanced members into the beginners’ groups to help with specific tasks when needed, so we can all level up together!

📍 Marrakech – 03 janvier 2026 Aujourd’hui, nous avons eu l’honneur de participer à une rencontre inspirante avec Coach Zara, fondatrice de l’Académie ARABIC des Agents IA. Un moment d’échange riche autour de l’intelligence artificielle, de l’innovation et de la formation des agents IA en langue arabe. Cette rencontre a mis en lumière une vision ambitieuse : démocratiser l’IA, former une nouvelle génération d’agents intelligents et positionner Marrakech comme un hub de compétences IA au niveau régional. Merci à Coach Zara pour son leadership, sa pédagogie et son engagement en faveur d’une IA accessible, éthique et tournée vers l’avenir.
