How often should I do legs at the gym? And how do I balance leg workout with team and individual training?

Hey man that would all depend on your own schedule and how your body feels. There is no right answer here but focus on doing 1-2x a week footballer style in season and 3x a week off season.

how to be a great football player

You train countless hours and work your butt off and always be the hardest worker in the room

Everyone is different, so that’s all up to you by listening to your body and seeing when you need to get some rest so you don’t affect your performance
One week into preseason with a pro club
I’m currently 1 week into pre-season with a pro club in Brazil. So far the hardest challenge I’ve felt is playing with 100% confidence with consistency. Obviously footballers have good days and bad days. I had some really good days and some really bad days during my week. Especially on the Friday on 11V11’s. When I played with too much tension I couldn’t even connect a pass. But eventually when I loosened up, my performance improved significantly. The difference between the best and worst in the group is honestly just a case of confidence. I think if we can learn to keep that mindset consistently, our level will increase a lot! Hope you’re all well! Let’s have a fantastic week 💪🏽💪🏽

Love to hear that brother from you, keep up the good work 💪
Consistency
Guys, I’m very inconsistent in training last month. So one training I am very proud of myself, I do everything right. Next training I can’t perform like in easy 3v2, I lose a ball every time, my touch is very bad. Could you give me some tips on how to be consistent every training and perform well🙏🏼

All I can tell you brother is not everyday is not going to be your good days. You will have bad days and good days but the one thing u should never do is let go of consistency just due to one bad day. The bad days is what makes u better for ur good days. Hope that helps!
