Some months ago I wrote a post on the expected effect of the Utah Senate Bill 48, which became effective in May 2025. This bill addresses how the life coaching industry has changed over the last two years and moves from a "hands-off" approach to active enforcement against life coaches who provide services that legally qualify as mental health therapy. I have been doing extensive research into this with the idea of creating a paid course. I discovered other states are following Utah's lead and many more are examining their options. The extent and urgency of the subject caused me to change course and expedite a detailed information module available in the "Your Pathway To Growth" Skool community classroom.
