I have a good amount of cancellations recently since the winter. Typically they will cancel 24 hours before the appointment. Do you recommend taking a deposit or how should I go about preventing this?

How have other detailers gotten into company contracts, for example fleets with construction companies, fleets with post offices or other city funded companies, dealerships...etc. I've been doing house calls for about 3 months and I think bigger contracts is the next move so i just want some advice.
