The different paths you can take to learn a language ❤️🛣🔥
I made a post the other day and @Chris Alexander asked me a very interesting statement... He wants to learn the different types and paths of language learning there is... And I am sure that many other people are interested... So after some thinking here are the different paths They will : 1: Machine + You Stats: - % of population using: roughly 75% - Average time to get conversational: 8-12 months - Examples: Talkpal, ChatGPT, Duolingo, Busuu etc - Language learning techniques used: nothing pretty much 2: Input + You Stats: - % of population using: roughly 30% - Average time to go to conversational: 6-12 months - Examples: Youtube, Podcasts, Movies, TV, Anki, Brainscape - Language learning techniques used: Mirroring, shadowing, SRS, 3: Authentic Conversations + You Stats: - % of population using: 15% - Average time to get conversational: 2-6 months - Examples: Conversations, Calls, Authentic chat, video messages, voice messages, community - Language learning techniques used: Sentences weaving, Storytelling, Mirroring, Advanced sentence weaving MY GOAL for this community is to teach the 2nd and 3rd path VERY SOON!!! I am launching something (for free❤️) That will be a gamified fun version of the 3rd way and also if the classroom gets taken down for a bit don't worry I am creating some magic there ‼️IMPORTANT‼️ All the time depends on consistency I am doing everything based on 20 minutes of practice a day I use a combination of 2 and 3 and with that I am able to learn language in 2-4 months :) PS: On our next weekly call (check the calendar its free as well) we will talk more about each techniques to learn and how to use them. Put it on your calendar!
