Biggest challenge yet for me so far! indecided to stop smoking and i am now 3 days without a cigarette. need to say it is harder than i thought. the usual cigs after food or the ones with the coffee are hard to get past.. but i drink a lot more water to compensate it somehow.. what have been your biggest challenges in life ? or hardest goals to reach?
