Wishing all u guys healing vibes this anti blitz....🩵 Had to work thru some conflicts I've had w/ ppl on skool....❤️‍🩹 Churn vs. leadership mismatches vs. drama/tension 😬 Gratitude is hard sometimes in the midst of burnout.... 🪫 Feeling like we are giving so much of ourselves away for free and wanting to receive but then also not wanting to jump down ppl's throats is def a challenge for me.... 💔 I gotta turn down my 'masculine' energy and increase the love; healing; friendship 🦋 I have to remind myself community is a culture not just a 'business grind' all the time... 🌈 Also know that sometimes the things we say can have reaching impact and if i'm not careful it can be damaging what i say about others publically.... 🙁 Anyway if i ever upset anyone in here i wanna personally apologize actually this group has always felt supportive to me; i'm not sure why ppl post about leaving goosify in other groups; that drama just isn't worth it ❌ stay away from that negativity and snarkiness guys.....it's all love here 🩵 i need to kinda realign to my higher intentions on here....try to be a force of good in the world 🌎 hope you guys are having a good week; depression has been a struggle of mine; i forget why i'm doing this sometimes... 🤷🏻 respect vs empathy ✨ leadership vs supporting others ⚔️ getting paid vs always giving it all away.... 🤷🏻 i guess we are all just doing the best we can, right? ♥️ much love 💞

Could anyone explain how the Blitz works? I’ve been reading about it and I understand the part about finding a partner, but I’m not quite sure what each person’s role is during the process. 🤔 Thank you so much for your patience with this newbie!
