Intro
Hi, my name is Iqra and I live in Kenya. I plan on making $5,000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this community: 1. Learn truck dispatching from the ground up and understand the industry. 2. Connect with experienced dispatchers and build a strong network. 3. Gain the skills and confidence needed to land my first clients and grow a successful dispatching business. For fun, I like to do these things: 1. Setting goals, working on personal growth and challenging myself to learn something new every day. 2. Watching youtube vlogs and documentaries. I'm completely new to truck dispatching but I'm committed to learning, and taking action.

@Irina Kim i think that's totally normal 🙏🏾 I'm still new too, so from friends who started this business, what I heard was this: just take it step by step. Don't try to do everything at once. Pick one small thing — like finding one carrier or learning one part of the load board — and start there. The confusion clears up once you take action. You don't have to know everything right now.

YouTube Videos Complete!
I’m very thorough and wanted to make sure I understood the majority of the information so this took me about 3 weeks total 1. I watched the videos like a movie and damn was it a great movie! 🍿😆 2. I rewatched to videos in 1.25 because (1.5) was waaaayy too fast 😅 3. I throughly took notes and wrote questions at the end of every video that I have for my 1-on-1 call later📝 4. Since I finished watching all the videos tonight…first thing in the morning I’m looking forward to booking my 1-on-1 📱 5. Book the call, get on the call, get all my questions answered then it’s go time 💪🏾💪🏾 Action is self-trust in motion 💆🏾♀️ Where steps are you taking today to bring you one step closer to bringing your dreams into reality?
