Just curious what others do after skip tracing fails to find a contact.

On some of my cases that Im looking at they have one name listed but then when I scroll through the documents other names are listed as well. My question is how do I know which person I reach out to?

Would you work a claim that’s in a trust or LLC’s?

On these teaching videos I’m hearing “ the state only allows us to ask for 15% or 20%” but then further down I hear “ I’ll work this smaller claim and get 40 or 50% of the surplus” are these contradicting each other or am I not understanding something right?
