@Rb Rathore I will read this a bit later to take it in… But I also want to share that I have the growth boost off and I’m not truly interested in converting total strangers into members. Actually, the people who joined are already connected with me and another community or have been sent over by affiliates!

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster yes they do and… meanwhile no matter what you do they’re hardly promoting freemium groups at all. I was influenced for a little while to change to a paid group, and I really just didn’t like that. Now I can just build in the way that I want to build!
There are 2 BBQ parties happening today!
Everyday we have BBQ here, but today @Éva Raposa is hosting a special party too at Connect & Collab with Éva+. You can make the same kinds of posts you make here, but at a bigger group with fresh eyes on it. And if you're premium and VIP you are being roasted live there. So if you like it here, check it out there. Double the treats! Am I forgetting anything @Éva Raposa ?

That's it! We had fun with the live roasts earlier today, and now I'm plotting what we'll do with the anytime brainstorming room!! Thanks for sharing :)
Should I niche down to ADHD entrepeneurs?
Roast my Idea That wasn't my initial intention, but everyone I show my offer on Guruless Business Builders and specially the Roasty Flow app tell me it's perfect for ADHD. I don't want to overcomplicate the premisse, but maybe that niching down will increase my authority. And the whole community premisse is also fit for it. You're too overwhelmed trying to do everything at once and can't focus on doing the one thing you need to? There are coworking sessions and public accountability for that. We figure out what your next steps should be and your overall goals in round table conversations. By listening to you, not pushing generic frameworks you need to study. The app offers a private accountability feauture. You plan your day by registering taks you need to do, inside goals that have a set date to finish. And the tasks can be linked to a website, so the app registers if you're actually working on it, instead of getting distracted with other stuff. The tracking only happens if you start focus sessions that can be enabled with a pomodoro counter so you remember to take heathy breakes. And the dashboard registers your recurring focus score throught the days. And you can also take writen notes and screeenshots in your sessions without overwhelming yourself by openning notepads and other document editors and organize them in a way you can easily find and use later. Stuff like DM scripts, diaries, post drafts and study notes. I'm already using it to learn arabic and screenshoting words and full sentences from video classes is very useful. What do you think @Brian Walsh @Julie Winge and @Steve Cobble ? Is that a good solution to advertize for ADHDers?

I'd personally only niche down to ADHD entrepreneurs if 1️⃣ you are one yourself and 2️⃣ you have expertise and tools specific to thriving as an entrepreneur with ADHD. I have almost done this myself because this is my life, but it feels boring to focus on just one group of people in that way. Probably related to the ADHD 😅

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster Awesome!
Roast my welcome ritual
Every Friday, I'll post a welcome thread in my community and tag everyone who joined that week. The ritual: each new member says hi with one line that starts with "How I'm...". Mine is "How I'm building a community in public." Two questions: 1/ Would you reply to it? 2/ What would make you skip it? Roast the idea, not me ;) ✌️

Feels like a fair amount of pressure for a new member, and not everyone will jump up to interact like that right away! I love to send a DM customized to the person but don't always do that when we're in phases with a LOT of new members entering the same day or week. :)

@Brian Walsh "feeling like it's homework" Yeah, no thank you! Nailed it!
I'm Back! Updated about page and image to Roast
New About page for BloomingVoices Streaming TV Community: Text: You’ve built an audience, you’re making money from your content, and you’re ready to explore what’s next. But researching streaming TV networks, comparing opportunities, and figuring out who to trust can eat up weeks… with no guarantee you’ll find the right fit. After a network I joined shut down, I vetted 50+ networks and narrowed them to five that met my standards for accessibility, sustainability, and people I trust. Now I help established YouTubers and podcasters cut through the research, find the right-fit opportunities, and explore new audiences, revenue streams, and industry relationships… without starting over. Streaming TV is simple at its core: your existing videos can live on TV screens through networks and apps, where new viewers can find them. Watch the 2-minute overview, then join if you want to see whether streaming TV fits your goals, audience, and budget. 2 Minute video script: The 2-minute script 0:00–0:20 — Name them and the problem. “If you already have a strong YouTube channel or podcast, you have done the hard part: you made the videos. The question is where they go next, beyond an algorithm you do not control.” 0:20–0:45 — Explain streaming TV in plain English. “Streaming TV is simpler than it sounds. Your existing videos can live on TV screens through networks and apps, like Roku and Fire TV, where new viewers can find them. You are not starting over. You are giving work you already made a new home.” 0:45–1:10 — Your credibility and the filter. “After a network I joined shut down, I vetted more than 50 networks and narrowed them to five that met my standards for access, sustainability, and people I trust. I help established creators cut through the research and find the right fit for their goals, audience, and budget.” 1:10–1:35 — What happens inside. “Inside, you will learn how the TV landscape works, see whether it is worth your time and money, and explore real placement options for the library you already have. No camera-confidence drills. No starting from zero.”

I'd love for the words feel more human, how you would explain it to another person sitting in front of you. Right now, it feels AI heavy and harder to connect, for me personally. Details like "Streaming TV is simpler than it sounds." --> could be more effectively shared. Like "Did you know you could share those same videos on live-streamed TV? And that it's simpler than you might expect?!"

@Karin Crawford I had a typo BTW -- simpler not similar! I was typing fast :) Glad this felt helpful! 🫶
