I'm using AI to edit videos. It's a local instalation using open source software that has no costs and requires no subscriptions besides the one that I use to run the agents, ChatGPT/Codex in my case Final version will be much better than that but I already see a lot of potential. This is just the first part of the video I'm making to reopen my YouTube channel. It took 7 miinutes to edit this cut that is less than 3. Took away some background noise, added subtitles, did some cuts with pauses and silence and added b roll. Trying to teach how to add background music but it sucks at making good choices. So I'm having to teach it. Stupid bad taste bot. Improvements I'm working on: - B-rollss with more personality and spliting the screen instead of just cutting the shots - Some discrete sound effects and camera work - A good taste in music - Subtitles that look better What else should I be trying to improve? Heather has been working hard on our new community... I think it's pretty damn good, but as we know there is always room for improvement! I look forward to hearing your thoughts. For context, Bravenly is a company that sells health and wellness supliments that solve a huge array of problems such as low energy, aches, pains, puffiness, etc, but there is also a brilliant income opportunity attached for people who want to get a supplimentary income or build a very succesful business with it. Our community makes it even simpler and easier to build a team as well as showcasing the products to ones prospective leads.

And for a good reason. [ROAST ANOTHER AI RANT] I got a "community expert" approaching me saying that he would help me scale my community and wanting to disclose his services. I said I was interested in seeing what he offered. He than sent me a PDF diagnosis of my group. It was very very bad. It sugested implementing stuff that I already do very well in a creative way and gave very generic and bland ideas to replace them, like the leaderboard level names, for example. The guy most problably just ran the agent and didn't take a minute to look at my group himself. And I just got to know that Skool and social media are flooding with those consultants. That just creates a reputation that everything that has AI on it is managed by a lazy person or scammer behind it. Now people accuse canva designs of being AI. Scriped videos as being AI. CGI of being AI. Even basic photoshop edits are now AI slop. And it comes with a repulse because the people behind it are seen as lazy like those consultants no matter what they are delivering. Since we're managing communities we have the unique opportunity to break that pattern, because people can connect with us on a level that they can't on modern social media. But the first impression is still very important. Unfortunatelly, if you're using AI for your group images without showing the person behind it, no matter how cool it looks and how much real effort you put behind it, some people will just assume you're a lazy person who uses AI to deliver everything.
