Good Morning Everyone. Just purchase my first land yesterday evening in Arkansas!

Hello Everyone. I’m excited to be apart of Landbank University. I plan to use this training opportunity to learn how successfully purchase land, the various opportunities (i.e. buy/sell, development, etc.) on how to use the land, and to eventually replace my current income. I’ve been a government employee for over 17 years and my goal is to successfully transition out of the government. I currently went live on an Airbnb arbitrage in Florida. I am eager to learn about other real estate projects.
