I'm back...
Well, I got my phone back after getting it taken away for missing school assignments. That's why I haven't been able to post for several consecutive days. But, I have a question. Does imagining that you're building muscle actually boost gains?? I don't know if I'm tripping but when I did I kind of seen bigger, I think it's because it cluld have something to with reducing stress. But, I think if we don't know any other reason that it's working, it could just mean anything you want to believe will happen.

Are you senegalese?? Like ethnically like Afro-Senegalese. Then, you have some key muscle building properties naturally. Other than that, just up the protein & rest well.

Well, I got my phone taken away for not doing much school work & I had some missings. So, I couldn't post that much but anyway I'm still consistent & I'm going to try getting it back so I can post pics of my diet & weight. Not much to say, but that's like why I went down.
Cold Exposure
So recently I have been experimenting with cold showers first thing in the morning and I was wondering what are the scientific and the psychological benifets of cold exposure. Can anybody explain it in a simple way?

Well I'm going to try my best to explain as simple as I can. It improves dopamine function firstly for better focus. It keeps the neurotransmitters stabilized increasing focus, mood & energy. For the physical effects it reduces prolactin so it can lead to less weakness & more physical energy, so do it before workouts or in the morning as you already do. Another physical benefit is improved insulin production & sensitivity. It also reduces body fat a lot. And yeah really. It really does help stimulate Growth Hormone production & Testosterone. So, all in all it helps better focus, mood, energy, lower body fat, growth & anabolic effects.
