How AI runs my webdev business on auto-pilot
I'm SO glad I don't have to waste time doing mundane admin things anymore. Life is SO different from how I used to freelance webdev before AI. Here's what I use: - Claude Code for coding because ofc! Claude Design for when I need stuff other than what's in the React ecosystem - Loom so I can record video updates to clients. No more tedious calls that eat up insane amounts of my time - Nebula.gg to have AI agents automate email inbox , quickly cook up demos I can show my clients, and analyze confusing spreadsheets - Cal.com for the client to easily book an important call with me. Back-and-forth emails to settle on a suitable time take a billion years and are so exhausting - Notion AI to organize everything because I swear otherwise I'll drown in ADHD noise - Fireflies.ai to summarize important stuff from my calls. Otherwise it's SO hard to both pay attention and take notes, and I'll inevitably miss important things anyway! I'm so curious about everyone's stack as well, always looking to add more cool stuff that saves me valuable time :). Do tell me below please👇!
Hey everyone👋
If you had to start an AI automation agency from scratch today… Which niche would you choose and why? - Real estate - Coaches - E-commerce - Local businesses - Healthcare Curious what everyone thinks😀

Great question and I'm in the same position as you! 100% healthcare and a pinch of local business. Real estate people are conservative and don't like to adapt new technology. Coaches are great but price-sensitive. E-commerce is good but you're competing with stuff like Shopify. Local businesses are great though it's sorta fragmented, you'll spend a lot of time on sales. Healthcare is a great option though! Doctors, clinics, therapists, etc.. need people but they're tech-savvy. They want sign-up forms, follow-up systems, etc.. So I'd say like 70% healthcare 30% local businesses. I'm a webdev studying my market and I built this tool using Nebula.gg (which creates and auto deploys websites) and the Foursquare API (to find businesses in my area without websites.. I only used Foursquare to test though bec its free, You should use the Google Places API). Build yourself a tool like this and you're gold
How can AI help me build a freelance web development agency?
Hello everyone! So I'm a coder currently in the process of starting my own webdev agency and I really want AI automation to give me an edge. Thought I'd ask what are the best ways for that? My current thoughts is maybe an AI voice agent that automates outbound calls to clients and maybe an AI that can quickly whip-up demos/mock-ups. Would really appreciate other suggestions

@Motion J Omg this a great idea!! I'm going to build a rough demo version rn to try it out, I have a few tools and APIs in mind for this

@Nejc Skoberne Yeah good call. Probably might target cafes and barbers
Built a tool that finds web development clients in my city
This idea was suggested to me by fellow community member @Motion J :) I used to be a web developer in college and I'm getting back into it, so I'm using AI to give me an advantage. I built myself a tool that finds business with no websites in my area and grabs their info too using the Foursquare API! The whole thing took less than 15 mins! I used this tool named nebula.gg because it creates and auto-deploys websites immediately and then I had Claude Design style it and make it look pretty. When I used to code before AI that would've taken me ages! Now that it works I will swap the Foursquare API with the paid Google Places API to get more results and start landing clients. I'm also new to AI voice agents so I will definitely explore how useful they could be in contacting those business via automated outbound calls

@June Mg Thank you :)
MASSIVE SURPRISE !!!! Has anyone else had their Claude Code limits reset mid-cycle?
This week something strange happened on my account. My weekly limit got reset back to zero after just three days, even though I was only about halfway through it. My Claude Opus limit and Claude Design got reset the same way around the same time, also halfway used. Normally I wouldn't be back at 100% until next Monday at 3am, so this was unexpected. I haven't been able to find a clear explanation for it. For context: I've been running into a lot of issues with the system lately and have submitted quite a bit of feedback about it. So I'm genuinely not sure whether this is some kind of compensation, a bug, or just how the limits work in edge cases I don't understand. Has anyone else seen this happen? Would love to hear if this is a known thing or if I'm the only one. Thanks!
