California Grilled Chicken Avocado and Mango Salad
Calling all sunshine lovers! ☀️ This California Grilled Chicken Avocado and Mango Salad is basically a party on a plate! Grilled chicken, cool and creamy avocado, chunks of juicy mango that are practically bursting with flavor, and a hint of red onion for a little kick. All tossed together on a bed of fresh baby greens and drizzled with a light and tangy vinaigrette. It's like a taste of summer in every single bite! Plus, it's easy to throw together, making it perfect for busy weeknights or a light and refreshing lunch. 🌞🥑🥭🥗😁 So ditch the boring salads and bring on the California sunshine! 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 12 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced - 1 cup diced avocado - 1 cup diced mango, from 1 1/2 mangos - 2 tbsp diced red onion - 6 cups baby red butter lettuce For the vinaigrette: - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar - salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste sadas 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 - Whisk vinaigrette ingredients and set aside. - Toss avocado, mango, chicken and red onion together. - Fill a large salad platter with baby greens or divide on 4 small dishes. - Top with chicken/avocado mixture and drizzle half the dressing on top. - Serve with remaining dressing if desired. https://www.skinnytaste.com/california-grilled-chicken-avocado-and/

I like to mix up my workouts. I walk 4-5x a week, weight train, and roller skate. I like to mix in activities with this kids we play volleyball at home, tennis, basketball, or just simply playing at the park. We get out as much as we can to be active, now with the heat coming we will have to get creative. After I workout I know my mind and body are ready for whatever the day brings.

Awesome shares!! You all should be proud of yourselves for taking your first steps into being your healthier and best self!! Love to see it 💗 it definitely takes time and patience to grow new habits. When I started on my journey I focused on one goal at a time. Listen to your body it will tell you when your ready for the next step. I just knew I was ready for more and I was determined. I also made tons of mistakes. So give yourself grace. My goal at the moment is staying consistent with my workouts and trying to loose body fat. I recognize this means I will need to have healthy eating habits on top of working out.

It will be 2 years in july that my mind and body were screaming for something new and I knew what I needed to do. I was feeling like crap because I was eating crap and drinking every weekend. I started with one goal that was working out and then I changed my eating habits. I was feeling so good and making good progress. So to challenge myself I made a commitment to stop drinking for a month. These last 2 years are the best years I've had in a long time. I've learned to love myself more and no to be dependent on alcohol. I've lost 30lbs creating new healthier habits and I'm excited to see what my body and mind can accomplish moving forward.

Hello my name is Estella! I currently struggle with saying no to snacks or sweets. I like to live a balanced life and treat myself so I try to limit the snacks or treats I am consuming

@Santiago Marquez well my boundaries and limitations are simply not to buy them often. I just don't bring them home. And when I do buy them I will limit myself to 1 snack or treat a day. Does anyone have healthy snack suggestions for a sweet tooth? Lately I been snacking on frozen cherries and they hit the spot.
