Hi Everyone, thank you for somehow finding your way onto my community - I appreciate it massively. going forward I am going to be going through fitness for any beginners or anyone who dislikes public gyms. My background is in Kickboxing and Muay Thai and I have lots of experience working with people with little to no fitness experience. I hope this community helps you feel a little bit better about yourself :D

That is absolutely awesome. Really cool that you and your friend achieved that. I did a little bit of jiu-jitsu and kickboxing about 10 years ago. I've been slacking on the physical fitness lately π
