Im working on some Infrastructure to move all clients projects into a vps and migrate away from heroku, vercel and netlify. Im testing 2 vps, one with dockify and another with coolify to see which works better. i just like to have all in one place and make it cheaper for clients to afford long term projects
Finally getting consistent sales appointments
Hello everyone! It seems my Instagram cold outreach funnel is finally consistently producing sales calls. I had a call at 11pm last night with a health coach from Australia and a call this morning at 8am with a marketing agency from NC. Both had great businesses but already had their lead nurturing more or less locked in - I couldn’t in right conscious push my service knowing it wouldn’t really move the needle for them. Gathering more data every call and getting more confident! I’ll be adding a resource here soon with my exact IG cold reach out strategy so you guys can copy it!

nice work getting consistency thats usually the hardest part curious if their nurturing was actually automated or just manual grinding? usually when i see good marketing the backend ops like billing/onboarding is still a mess might be a way to save those deals if they need systems help

@Laura Cohen haha doing it manually first is the only way to really know what to automate anyway so valid strategy totally get the fear of becoming a custom dev shop. its hard to scale if youre building everything from scratch every time since youre focused on the chat/nurture side... if you find leads who need the backend stuff connected (stripe/onboarding/airtable etc) just ping me i do a lot of that n8n/ops automation. might be a way for you to say yes to complex deals without actually having to do the implementation yourself
