Would like your thoughts...
Below is the list of free courses/topics being created. Questions: - Initial thoughts, do any of these spark interest? Or do any of these seem like nonsense? - Any suggestions to anything I am missing? - How do you learn? Best way to present these? - Currently just going to do a quick write up with a loom style video. Would love to do a large butcher paper type video down the road. But really just looking to smash these out as quick as possible. Filming starts tomorrow! 1. Owner Identity & Direction - Personal & business ideal scenes - Studio model alignment (lifestyle / growth / craft) - Owner role on the timetable + time matrix - Accountability vs delegation - Defining your version of success 2. Foundations of a Well-Run Studio - Core business principles - Pillars of a healthy studio - Win–Win–Win principle - Working on vs in the business - What good looks like? 3. Understanding Your Numbers (Without Stress) - What a P&L is telling you - Cash vs profit vs pressure - Key statistics that matter - Forecasting basics - Cash Management in action 4. The Real Client Journey - Basic marketing principles - Avatars - target your people - Sales cycle made easy - Onboarding fundamentals - Why the first 30 days matter most - Retention - Why clients stay/Why clients leave (even happy ones) 5. Focus, Time & Energy for Studio Owners - Timetables - Is yours a resource leak? - The Time Matrix - Emotional labour of studios - Decision fatigue in people businesses - DAD principle - Designing sustainability - rhythms and planning 6. How Studios Break (And How to Spot It Early) - Prevention - Graphs and Conditions - Common studio failure modes - Early warning signs - studio health check - What to fix first (and what not to rush)

We all make mistakes.
Context: Here is something fun that I did with the Momence platform recently recently. Upon incorrectly making a tag global and adding a task to 240 members with that tag I then proceeded to delete all of these tasks from the dashboard, but in the process deleted a whole bunch of other real tasks. 🤦 Lesson learnt: 1. Momence does not store any memory such as tasks and hence they are never recoverable. 2. Momence may not be the best place to store day to day task management, lead management etc. Question: Does anyone else use a different task management system for daily tasks?
