Bio: Retired nursing professor. Dealing with some health issues.I did the 90 day challenge in May of 24. Went off Jan to April. Back on carnivore now

Been carnivore for two months, allowing for coffee, & artificial sweeteners. Want to lose weight, reduce inflammation & severe edema that's developed.
