Hi! 🙋‍♀️ 🌷 🍰
Hi, my name is Erin , I’m from British Columbia, Canada and I started my own bakery business last year. You can ask me questions about: - Anything I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: - Learning more about myself and how to work with my brain instead of against it. For fun, I like: - Puzzles & Games - Reading - Painting & Drawing with my daughter - Ice skating & Rollerskating - Racquet sports, soccer with my son Here are some photos from my travels in BC.

@Tracy Weiss actually I bake from home and use a commercial kitchen for larger orders. When I get busier I hope to open a shop!

@Randy Massicotte So nice to meet you! If you do make it out to BC, definitely reach out!
Yep. Made me cry.
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and it named something I've never been able to articulate: the gap between how much I genuinely care about people and how hard it is to maintain those connections isn't a character flaw. It's a working memory limitation that just LOOKS like indifference. That reframe hit different.

Wow. I really identify with this too.

@Deb Brouwer I’m already learning a lot by filling out the ai snapshot! Looking forward to April 27th
Finished the snapshot
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot. Biggest realization: I built a business partly to escape being judged in interviews, but running it requires the exact same vulnerability I was avoiding. The overthinking, freezing up, hitting snooze - apparently it's all one pattern. Full report is next and I'm genuinely curious what else connects.
1st section
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and it connected something I never saw before. The kid who never asked for rides to friends' houses and double-checked every assignment was already compensating for a brain she didn't understand yet. Turns out "not wanting to inconvenience anyone" was a pattern that started way earlier than I thought.
