What do you have your VA / EA do for you?
Having trouble seeing how i can delegate 40 hours of projects to an Executive Assistant... Guess im going to read the HIRE book and go through Delegation Framework next... But my question is: What are some activities you have VAs / EAs do for you that are often overlooked?
Do you have a plan for 2026?
If not... I’m considering hosting an End of Year working session on December 31st. We’ll run my End of Year Framework and actually design the year ahead. - Clear priorities. - Non-negotiable habit stacks. - Known risks identified and neutralized before they become expensive. - Direction instead of hope. This will be a working meeting. Cameras on. Pens out. Decisions made. You’ll leave with a plan you can execute on January 1, not a feeling that fades by January 7. And maybe we'll even have a little fun... If there’s energy around this, I’ll put it together. Drop a Yay, Nay, or Other in the comments and tell me which one you’re choosing. Let’s end the year awake! Love y'all...

@Ashley Kemp i recommend reading the book Science of Scaling by Dr Ben Hardy. Audiobook is free. Like Kasim, i too hate the word scaling lol. but once you get past that, it becomes exactly what you're looking for... 1) change your FRAME: The impossible goal that makes everything else obsolete 2) raise your FLOOR: The ruthless filter that removes 80% of all activity 3) align your FOCUS: The one leveraged pathway that generates 100× outcomes

Recommended Project Management Software
Hey all! Wanted to send this out and see if there are any PM software you would recommend? I am looking for a software that is communications focused. In short what my business does is communicate between clients and agencies. I find myself preferring pen and paper to any software I've tried thus far and I know that isn't sustainable. I need something that can connect to my email easily, is user friendly, and intuitive is a plus for our employees to be able to easily adapt. I'm using notion currently but it isn't quite as user friendly as I am looking for. Please any recommendations and why would be amazing! Thanks in advance!

I didn’t plan on releasing this. [HELP]
I didn’t plan on releasing this. I built it for me because I was tired of setting goals that sounded impressive… but didn’t actually change my day-to-day behavior. So I did what I always do when something feels off: I tore it apart from first principles. I pulled 6 of the best goal-setting + annual planning workshops I’ve ever used. Dissected them. Removed the fluff. Kept what actually works under pressure. What came out of that process surprised me. I ended up with a single, repeatable SOP that: • Starts with values and life vision (not tactics) • Uses the theory of impossible goals + time as a constraint, not a limit • Forces pathways thinking so 10-year goals require execution now • Reverse-engineers everything: - 10-year vision - → 1-year outcomes - → quarterly focus - → monthly objectives - → weekly KPIs - → daily “winning formulas” No motivation. No manifestation fluff. Just alignment → leverage → execution. The biggest difference? This framework doesn’t ask: “What do I want to achieve?” It asks: “Who must I become daily for this future to be inevitable?” That shift alone changed how I plan, decide, and say no. I’m calling it: The Ultimate Aligned Goal Setting Framework Before I turn this into anything public, I want to sanity-check it. If you’re someone who: • Thinks long-term but struggles with weekly focus • Has big goals but feels fragmented or misaligned • Wants ambition without burning out their life values I’d love your take. 👉 Would a framework like this actually be useful for you? 👉 What would you want it to help you solve specifically? Comment “Aligned” or tell me what part you’re most curious about. If there’s real pull here, I’ll open it up. If not, it stays in my personal playbook. Either way—this one feels different.
I didn’t plan on releasing this. [HELP]
