Hi fam! I'm up at 5am again today getting ready to do yet another FREE speaking gig. Why? Because it is the best way to be seen as a subject matter expert. Today I'm speaking to a group of small biz owners in Denver. I actually have two presentations ready. I have to see what the room is like, and get a feel for their current AI use. Do I go right into agentic AI and custom builds or do I stick with prompting and ChatGPT? Curious- How are you getting clients in whatever it is you do?

There are a couple different ways that you can think about AI services: 1. You can be an AI consultant or an AI agency, like many of you in this group. 2. Then there are also people in this group who are small business owners who could leverage AI and create AI products for their businesses they already have. I think this is where things get really interesting and exciting. For example, a fitness coach could up-sell an AI tool that creates custom plans based on their own knowledge base. A martial arts marketing company could create AI tools that create content for their clients. A video production company could create AI concepting tools AI actually isn't taking our jobs. It's creating so many more. Agree?
