🙌 Update: 21 day Plateau Breaker Bootcamp 2.0 !
I've decided to re-run the 21 Day Plateau Breaker Bootcamp 2.0 Starting Jan 12. There have been a lot of new members since we started, and I want them to get the opportunity to do the challenge live! I will likely make some small changes with the challenge. ✅ Weekly live check in calls - for whoever wants me to check their progress and make suggestions (an opportunity to get coached by me) ✅ Updated trackers and worksheets ✅ opportunity for more intermediate/ advanced lifters to get on a strength training program ✅ Updated workouts to follow along to. These aren't set it stone, but this is what I was thinking. I want to make this community work for you so please comment below on what you think you need, or what you think this challenge needs.

I’d love to know what the definition is of an intermediate/advanced lifter? I definitely feel like I’m making big strides with my lifting but still struggling with adding a glp-1 into the mix because I’ve been feeling tired, queasy and nauseous the first couple of days after dosing so I don’t have the energy to lift.

@Joanne Zuniga thanks, that’s super helpful. I was working with a coach for the last 15 months and have been consistently strength training for the last year, so I’d say I at least fall into the intermediate lifting category.

Hi, my name is Erica and I'm from Bend, Oregon and am currently on 2mg Tirzepatide (just titrated up from 1.5mg today). I joined this community because I want to make sure I'm meeting my nutritional goals while on this medication. I've been trying to lose the last 10lbs to meet my weight loss goal (I lost 15lbs over the last year with exercise and nutrition) and I don't want to lose the muscle I've worked so hard to gain. I love to go to concerts and do anything in the outdoors, but especially skiing!

@Joanne Zuniga I ski at Mt Bachelor mostly but my favorite place to ski is the backcountry outside of the resort! It’s where I feel most alive! My biggest struggle with nutrition is knowing how many calories I should eat. I was working with an online fitness coach and she had me pretty restricted at 1350 which did help me lose weight but has left me starving! I haven’t experienced any real reduction in my appetite yet with tirzepatide but I just went up in dose today. I have noticed reduced craving a though, especially with sugar. I’ve been tracking my macros and I’m pretty good at getting 120-140g of protein, even with not being able to eat dairy, so I want to make sure I’m still doing that. My workouts include 2-3 days of strength training using my home gym. I have free weights and I’m currently lifting somewhere between 8lbs-40lbs, depending on the muscle group I’m working. I also do yoga 2-3 times a week, ride my spin bike 2 times a week and walk daily. Once ski season starts (we have no snow in the PNW right now), I’ll Be skiing probably 2-3 times a week and I try to get in the backcountry at least a few times a month, which involves skinning up the mountain and burns a lot of calories so I want to be properly fueled for that.
