She was knowledgable and insightful in meetings, and shared things in a non-judgemental calm way. I'd like to be able to refine the way I interact to be more like her.

I find it hard to stand up for myself and explain what I think or mean. Everything makes sense in my head, but explaining in a way that people can understand is often frustrating. And I also find any minor disagreement uncomfortable so even when I feel like I know or understand more, I can tend to resign to do things the way others want to avoid conflict. Even when I know that I know better, I find it tricky to advocate for myself.

I'm a 5 and I tend to retreat from being in communication and try and work more, or learn more to reduce the pressure and feel more in control. But I avoid telling people how I'm going or asking for help.
