I chose to go walk at a Botanical Gardens! That place is so beautiful there is also a small pond with a waterfall that I decided to sit and do breathwork! I felt so calm and relaxed afterwards! I am going to make this a part of my daily routine!

Now is the moment to take your health and fitness to the next level. Figure out what activity you are going to commit too. These actions that we are committing to this week are daily non-negotiables.
