Hello everyone, namaskaram 🙏 I am a new member. Thank you for allowing me in. I am a current hatha yoga practitioner striving to do the sadhana I’ve learned everyday and not just every other day. It’s hard to keep up with the vegetarian diet I chose years ago surrounded by my friends and family that do not see yoga as a way of healthy living, they see it as just an exercise. I feel grateful for being in touch with with like minded yoguis, hopefully I can share the little I know about Ayurvedic ingredients and learn from all of you. I live in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, I love any activity related to being underwater and I am looking for a Isha Yoga Center in the area, basically one of Sadhguru’s yoga instructors… I haven’t find her/him yet it but so far happy to be here!
