curious what other people have been doing since the launch of tiers. Who's tried freemium? Who's going paid only tiers? Who's keeping 2 separate communities? I posted a <60s video about Google Anti-Gravity and woke up to ~3,500 views and 51 opt-ins. I have under 200 followers, and this is the second time this month a single short has pulled 40+ hand-raises. Not viral or anything, but that’s 51 strangers who now know I exist, which is kind of the whole game. What I did was super basic showed something genuinely useful, gave it away, added one simple next step. Sharing this because I feel like a lot of us think we “need an audience” or worry about the content being perfect... I'm just a guy - those barriers are imaginary, and tiny high-intent short posts are consistently stacking leads while building credibility. What's working for y'all right now? And if you've yet to jump on video, what’s the one thing you think you could post about?
