What’s a win you’re celebrating this week?
You guys have probably heard me say before that if we truly want to feel joy in this life, regardless of what may be happening in the world, then we must be our own biggest cheerleaders, so to speak. So I invite each of you to reflect on your current reality & share a win that you’re proud of. It can be something small, something big or anything in between & if this is challenging for you, feel free to share that too because vulnerability is a superpower💪 My win for the past few months has been getting into bed by 930-10 the latest. I was a night owl most of my life & this change into being a “morning person” feels like its own special type of high😂. Much love fam & happy Monday!

It's been challenging to find a win the last couple weeks for me... I kinda feel like it's a win just to get through them 😅. Im ready for a break. I feel a little weight lifting now that it’s Friday before the retreat, as I notice this nervousness about the flight on Monday. I am realizing this will be the first time smoking with others in person since my new relationship with cannabis. I'm excited about this, as I notice a nervousness about meeting new people. Im looking forward to learning more about breath work, and it's definitely going to be the first time breathing in person with others. 😅 As I contemplate, this all feels familiar... Something new is coming. Not only next weeks new experiences, but something else on a another level 🤔. For now, I'm ready to relax, have some fun, learn new things, and enjoy...🙂
