I have benn looking at different RFQ and the RFQ's I want to bid on all say "PR inprocess" ..have never seen that before . Does that mean a the contract is in the process of being given to an entity? Thx !

So I just got the dreaded notification that I lost out on the contract. Their bid was over 2500. My bid was 90 bucks. I found the parts for $10 apiece for 3. I reached out to the contracting officer because that is an ocean difference in price. It doesn’t even follow with the historical price for the part. Has anyone ever had this happen?
