T.G.I.C…. 🤔 (Thank God it Closed 🙌🏼)
Today was a deal that was a nail bitter!!! Hard money lender backed out the week of closing and had to bring a new lender in to close it extending closing two extra weeks 🤦🏻♂️. But… a win is a win 🏆 no matter how you got it. Keep pushing, not every deal will close but the ones that do cherish the moment. Because you have to do it again & again. Hope this helps anyone feeling defeated, your day is coming too. And will come around again.

Zach, why do you think we’re all here? We’re learning, taking notes, and taking real action. Just wanted to say thanks to you and Rick for building such a great community. It’s made a huge difference, and I’ve noticed there are way fewer "Guru" types popping up online now.

I think what happened is that a lot of those coaches realized it was way easier to make money selling online courses than actually building and running their own businesses. Some of them had probably only been doing it for less than a year, but suddenly they were calling themselves coaches and selling $1,000 programs. The thing is, if you don’t know much, a lot of them sound convincing — until you actually get into the program and realize they only know a little more than you do… not much. It’s almost like those late-night psychic hotlines with Miss Cleo — “Call me now!” 😂😂 (This might be before your time, @Zach Ginn.)
