Who here is currently tracking HRV?
Most people have no idea what their nervous system is doing day to day. 🧠 They train hard… They feel tired… They guess whether to push or rest. Will order the Polar H10 next week I want to know that if I am going to do a heavy weight session that it. Is actually counting not setting me back. Cheers will let you know when the strap is in my hands.
