Hearing my own voicemail message would make me cringe! What I realized is, I didn’t truly trust myself… and why would I!? I’ve let myself down so many times before and because of that, I didn’t even trust the words coming out of my own mouth. I didn’t want to hear it! And the more I took my own power back, authority back, and started showing up for myself again, the more I started trusting myself again. Which resulted in trusting the vibration coming out of my mouth! And the more I connected back to my body and knew I was operating from love for myself, that ick faded away. So, try recording yourself, and see what that reveals to you. You might be surprised!
