@Karl Heinz I don't know if that would work in this particular recipe because you use powdered monk fruit. I use maple syrup and honey in a lot of recipes for my kids though, I just use monk fruit because I eat low carb and no sugar most of the time :)
Little Alignment Exercise✨
Hi beautiful people! In yesterday's Zoom Call, I had everyone in the group project themselves 2 months into the future, as if it was now the beginning of 2026, and tell me how good it felt now that what they wanted to happen during that time, happened! I do this very very often and it always gets my energy moving so I wanted to share with the rest of you who couldn't make it onto the call! So. It is now January 2026, how were the last 2 months of 2025? Tell me how good and amazing it was for the things you were calling into your life, to flow easily in these past 2 months. Give me as many details as what this looked like for you. Let yourself get excited, believe in this reality, feel its presence. Let go of limitation or disbelief of "well how am I gonna make this happen in this amount of time". There is no room for the "HOW, WHERE, WHO, WHAT" here. Just excitement! Choose small things that your mind accepts as possible, things that seem realistic to your logical mind. Don't choose something like "I made 2 million dollars out of the blue!". Now yes, this is possible and I wish it all for you and I'd love for that to happen to you! 😅 but if the jump is too big from where you are now, your subconscious is going to immediately reject it and it annuls all that fun energy of creation! You can either type it out in the comments to share with the group so we can all visualize you experiencing that reality OR you can say it out loud to yourself and go on a rampage of speaking into existence how awesome it felt for these things to happen in the last 2 months! I'll give you an ✨example✨: "I am so happy and grateful that in the last 2 months of 2025, I had X amount of income pouring into my business. It felt so easy and effortless for me to welcome more, I felt so inspired to serve more and more people in love. How was it so easy for me to have such abundant levels of financial income flow into my life? Thank you so much for all the ease and playfulness I felt in the last two months, I am now welcoming more and more every single day."

Since I didn't get to do it on the call, I was pumped and did it after- my business was THRIVING over the holidays, my husband gets to be home for a while so now it's time to slow down and focus on the spiritual side of my business, working on my book, starting my tarot project and helping people become the best versions of themselves as a spiritual coach! Finally had another video go viral on TikTok and didn't panic delete it this time and worry about what strangers on the internet think about me like I did a few years ago 😅 and was able to actually make some good money and gain so many followers as well! (Literally RIGHT after I did this I got a $200 order off my website! 🙏🤩💜)

How's everyone been doing? But like actually? I slept the entire day yesterday and it felt amazing. I would have slept all day today again if I'm being honest... I wanted to ask you guys: How do you deal with feeling off or heavy? Is there anything you do specifically to get yourself out of it or do you just let it pass? I am curious because I know we all have different processes of living our shit 😅 Let me know, I'd love to chat with you 🥰

As someone who struggled with depression for most of my life, I always start noticing the signs around this time of the year, especially living in the PNW. I usually take extra vitamin D, sometimes even st johns wort if I feel like I need it. I usually do a lot more journaling and inner work during this time (specifically Scorpio season since I'm a Scorpio with an 8th house stellium) and also more reading and allowing myself to rest more. Allowing myself to feel the feels but not getting stuck in them. Doing things that make me happy, listening to music, crafts, spending time with family, friends. Since I'm a water sign, I'm very prone to big emotions and depression so it's imperative for me to catch it before it hits me hard and knocks me down. Thankfully I haven't had issues with severe depresso in many years because of stopping it in its tracks. If you (or anyone else) ever need someone to talk to, feel free to message me! I love getting deep and giving advice, talking about all the things! I don't have any friends who really "get" me, or really understand the depth of the things happening in the world so I would love to connect with more people who do 🤍
