I am so exited and happy to be a part of this 7 days Breathwork and I am even more exited that the Breathwork instructor course is coming in danish and I have since the free webinar about it been working hard to see if I could get my workplace to cover the expenses of the cource. But was to day denied my application because they do not see it as a tool to be used in project management and leadership. Hope one day to join that course, but for now I am happy to be in here with you guys, you inspire me to practice Breathwork thanks. Have a great weekend.
That’s great to hear. It’s a shame your workplace couldn’t cover the course, but it sounds like you’re still getting a lot out of the 7-day challenge. Hopefully you get the chance to take the instructor course in the future.
Perhaps, I am once again in the wrong area, what is a strong breath hold sequence to calm heart. An example of the one I have used: inhale such as count 3, holdx4=12, exhalex2=6. Is this a good sequence?
I’d be a little careful with longer breath holds when the goal is calming the heart. Gentle, slow breathing with a comfortable exhale might be a safer place to start, especially if the goal is simply to relax. If there’s an unusually fast or irregular heartbeat, I’d check with a healthcare professional rather than relying on breath holds.
