I love washing dishes by hand as a way to care for my space and also to regulate my nervous system. I love saying hello to strangers and my favorite is to say, "Good morning!" because you can't say it without a smile at the end. I have two kittens who I spoil rotten and they take good care of me in return. Family nap time is a must on the daily. Caturdays are for off-screen time.
