The Myth of old Age..
Health, Physical, Mental, and Spiritual is maintained and Regained through knowledge practice and understanding.. To change our health we need to change our actions.. As our old ways lead us to where we are right now.. So that means just change your routine on a daily basis.. Do some of the Qigong moves through the day.. Understand that Monkey Mind /Forebrain/Ego Teaches you in the most difficult Way.. Know that our health improves and changes when we focus on What we want rather than what we Dont.. Epigenetics- The Way you Think and feel.. Effects your physical health.. So add new routines to your daily life.. And change things in a small Way.. Small changes grow... ☯️💜🙏💜☯️

This is a wonderful explanation of meditation 🧘🏽‍♂️ I like to give my undivided attention to the energy that comes from combining my eyes by turning them inward, not physically, but just using energetic movements. Once I bring them together, I sit with that and eventually it will settle in my chest or in my belly. I just observe it. The best part is when it reaches my sternum right between the clavicle it becomes so blissful the SHEN from transmitting the CHI it is my understanding of it from the classic text, secrets of the golden flower

@Janice Evans this is a good conversation. I just wanted to jump in and share one of my favorite breathing exercises with you and seafood and see work y’all think of it. I simply breathe normally without changing anything, but I become aware of the energy as I exhale and inhale, and I think of it as cycling the same breath over and over, and that ends up leading to me, filling my entire body vibrating after a few minutes of it. The more I become one with that the more relaxed and better I feel. Don’t necessarily understand the mechanics or science behind it. I just know it works wonderfully and I’ve been doing it for a very long time not consistently like I probably should do it, but I absolutely love the way. It makes me feel maybe yall have some deeper insight to what’s going on with it and why it leads to my whole body energetically buzzing
Cloud Hands with the Tree at Setcops Farm
Where i live with my partner and her kids. We have 7 air BnB Holiday lets and a Wedding events barn.. Behind the barn is this grand old Tree.. Brides and grooms decorate the tree how they like.. And a Polish bride was the one to add the ribbons.. Which is a Polish tradition... Yet, funny enough in China and Japan. Ribbons on a tree mean levels of learning.. And in our School, I use drawings of trees 🌳 in the same way as in China or Japan. Especially their branches to signify different Qigongs. And the ribbons 🎀 represent different levels and layers of each Qigong... But more about this on another post I did a while back..

I love the ribbons on the tree adds a great visual insight into the harmony between you and nature. 🪷☯️🪷 It’s nice to see you outside practicing outdoors allows you to draw in Heavenly Qi (Tian Qi) and blend it with Earth Qi in the body. Beautifully done 👏👏👏 I like to start with breathing and pulling qi through the Yongquan and then blend the energies together as I go into motion. Thank for sharing your outdoor work. The Master Tao Alchemist told me if the teacher doesn’t have tangible results then they are blowing smoke 💨 she says proper teaching is important. Good teacher will feel qi and the movement will be seen then you know if it’s worth learning from them 🧘🏽‍♂️ You are worthy of the title sifu 🙏🏾
Cloud Hands on a rainy day.
This Qigong is an oldey but a goody.. Cloud hounds or wave hands in clouds.. The basic version focuses on the top half of the body, but other versions use the whole body ( TaiChi ☯️ means Supreme Ultimate balancing the Yin and the Yang... so this would mean the left and the right, the top snd the bottom... So any Qigong that does that would be a TaiChi Qigong exercise..) This basic version still has a lot of benefits... ☯️ Strengthens arms,Shoulders ☯️ improves hand eye coordination ☯️ improves blood circulation ☯️ balances blood pressure ☯️ helps massage internal organs ☯️ releases tension in Neck, shoulders ,arms, and back ☯️ increases stamina ☯️ Increases core strength The other versions of this Qigong have more benefits.. As always in Qigong... The Slower you do it , the more its for relaxation, helping you sleep and strengthening the tendons and slow twitch muscles... The faster you do it, The more its for exercise, waking you up, and working on your muscles and fast twitch muscles.. We do this one regularly in Qi Class.. and also in my Physical classes... ☯️💜🙏💜☯️

@SIfu Boggie exactly man. I’m glad I found your group. I do a lot of reading, but I also spend a lot of time in nature and meditating. Going down this path has to be done by the practitioner. I know that nobody else can do it for me, but I do like to read and gather information but there’s nothing like putting the petal to the middle and doing the work ☯️🪷☯️

@SIfu Boggie appreciate you taking the time to explain all that 🙏🏾 You sound like the Hua Hu Ching It’s refreshing to explore liberation. Laozi mentions Tai chi’s is a Devine way to worship the tao and mentions that without the understanding of the three the practitioner will only understand 1/3 I’m working to gain a deep knowing of the 3 Hey man it looks like a beautiful day outside where you are it’s past 2 AM where I am I think it’s a good time for me to get to bed, but I will connect with you again. Appreciate you taking the time to speak with me 🫶🏽

Breathe out - pull the Belly in. keep doing that tuck in your chin so your looking 6-9 foot in front Relax your shoulders chest in shoulders slightly forwards relax your muscles , yet stretch your tendons.. your goal is to add this to everything you do...
