Iām new here and really looking forward to learning from this community. Iām a professional player (in Australia) and coach who works specifically withĀ female footballersĀ ā helping them build strength, speed, skills, endurance, power, and confidence so they can play at higher levels. While I donāt work exclusively with goalkeepers, I know how important keepers are to the game (and I coach keepers as part of my programs too when it comes to physical prep, strength, speed, skills and confidence). Iām excited to connect, share ideas, and learn more about how to best support keepers in their development.
