My biggest win
I know its not Sunday but I wanted to share this win. We have just finished the first term of highschool. Me and my twin sister have done really well. We are both enjoying extra clubs and activities that we hadn't done before. I'm in the basketball team and my sister is playing netball. Probably as most were. We were nervous about the change from primary school to high school. But we have both done really well both have 100% attendance and 100% homework completion. I'm really pleased and proud of my sister as it was a huge step. She has mate loads of new friends and done really well in all of her subjects. 2 weeks off then in to term 2.

Goalkeeper Training Insights 🧤
I coach female footballers (mostly outfield players) through my community The Female Footballers Club, and I’m looking to build out some new goalkeeper-specific training resources for our members. Since you’re all deep in the GK world, I’d love to learn from you - 👉 What types of training or programs have helped you the most as a keeper? (e.g. strength work, reaction drills, handling sessions, mindset, mobility, etc.) Anything you wish more players or coaches understood about GK training would also be super helpful 🙌 Appreciate any insights you’re happy to share — the goal is to help keepers in my community train smarter and feel more supported too 🧤⚽

👋 Hey everyone, I’m Emily!
I’m new here and really looking forward to learning from this community. I’m a professional player (in Australia) and coach who works specifically with female footballers — helping them build strength, speed, skills, endurance, power, and confidence so they can play at higher levels. While I don’t work exclusively with goalkeepers, I know how important keepers are to the game (and I coach keepers as part of my programs too when it comes to physical prep, strength, speed, skills and confidence). I’m excited to connect, share ideas, and learn more about how to best support keepers in their development. If there’s anything you’d like to know about the work I do, or if I can add value around strength/conditioning/skills training for female players — I’d love to contribute.
