𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 60-𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭.. Your mind starts running through everything coming this week. What needs to get done. What you might be forgetting. And just like that, your nervous system is already overwhelmed. Most advice says relax. But if you’ve felt that shift, you know it’s not that simple.
