You Gotta Love AI
I have been seeing a lot of CRMs for Skool being made, and as it goes with tools that someone else makes, there is always something I am missing. So now with AI we can make our own software, and that is exactly what I did. I created a Chrome Extension with a workspace that has all the features I was missing. I think a CRM needs to go further than just collecting data from your members and your community. I needed a system that could help me like my own team member. A tool that understands the context of my members That shows me what needs my attention That shows me what my members are talking about That shows me that it is time for a follow up with one of my members That helps me draft and schedule posts automatically That gives me the ability to use Keywords in my posts and have a link send in the DMs automatically And much, much more! I made it free to use with some extra features behind a paid wall. And I wanted to share it with you here, because it makes running my Skool Community so much easier, and I know it will do the same for you! You can grab the free Chrome Extension here

@Laura Paulina That’s pretty interesting 👏 I like the idea of having an AI Chief of Staff handle different parts of the business. What kind of business are you mainly running with it?

@Laura Paulina That sounds great 😊 Are you currently looking to bring in more clients for your business this month?

If you could improve ONE thing in your business right now, what would it be? More clients? Better systems? More consistent sales? More time? Or simply getting more organized? 😅 I feel like everyone has that one area they know needs attention, but sometimes it’s hard to decide where to focus first. Curious to hear what everyone is working on right now 👇

For me,I think getting consistent clients while still having enough time to actually work on the business is a big one. Sometimes growth creates a whole new set of problems 😂

Looking for support
@Evelyn Weiss I sent an email to support@evelyn-weiss.com and got an "address not found" email back. How do I get support for items I bought previously to you moving to skool?

@Sheila Anderson You may want to check the “Admin & Product Questions” post in the group and tag Evelyn there. It looks like that’s the place for product access and support questions. 😊
4 Months Left in 2026 — What Are You Working Toward?
𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬! There are just 4 months left in 2026. Which makes September a good time to ask: Are you where you thought your coaching business would be by now? Maybe you’ve built an audience. You’re creating content. People know what you do. But the leads and sales still aren’t as consistent as you’d like. If your growth feels slower than you expected, here are 3 areas worth looking at: 𝟏. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 If people are engaging but not joining your email list, booking calls, or checking out your offer, there may be a gap between your content and your offer. 𝟐. 𝐈𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝? People should quickly understand who it’s for, what problem it solves, and what result they can expect. 𝟑. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡? Most people won’t buy the first time they see your offer. Your emails, retargeting, and follow-up can make a huge difference. Sometimes growing your coaching business isn’t about getting more attention. It’s about doing a better job of turning the attention you already have into leads and clients. There’s still plenty of time to improve that before the year ends. 𝐒𝐨 𝐈’𝐦 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟒 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔?

@Harsha Agarwal Great points 👏 I especially agree with the follow-up part. What type of coaching businesses do you mainly work with?
Built an AI voice agent for our own follow-up problem (sharing what happened)
Quick intro since I'm fairly new to posting here - I'm Alex, I run an AI automation agency (Nova Brain), we build systems for agencies/consultants/coaches so they're not stuck doing everything manually. Been in the automation/AI space for a bit now, mostly heads down building rather than posting, but wanted to start sharing some of what we're testing. Been sitting on this for a bit, figured I'd share since I know a lot of us are running lean teams and drowning in follow-up. Me and my guys built an AI voice agent that handles our calls, both inbound and outbound. Not a chatbot, an actual voice on the phone. Wasn't expecting much honestly, but it's been carrying its weight: - Calls new leads within seconds of them opting in, before they cool off - Follows up on the ghosted leads we never got back around to - Doesn't get tired doing the same pitch for the 50th time that day - Actually handles pushback instead of freezing or going off script - Filters out the tire-kickers so we only hop on calls with people ready to talk - Books straight onto the calendar, no back and forth over text - Picks up after hours too, so we're not losing leads overnight Still tweaking it, definitely not plug and play, but it's already freed up hours we used to spend chasing dead leads. Anyone else here running voice AI for discovery calls or sales calls? Curious what's actually working vs what's just noise right now.
