Why Automation Experts Won’t Be Necessary 🤖
Most people don’t actually want automation experts trying to build them countless “advanced” workflows. They hire them because today’s automation tools are still too complicated for the average business owner to use without learning workflows, integrations, triggers, APIs, and a bunch of other technical nonsense. As AI gets better, that entire process should start disappearing. Instead of hiring someone to build an automation, businesses will increasingly be able to choose the outcome they want and deploy a system that already knows how to deliver it. The future of automation isn’t making everyone an automation expert, it’s making automation expertise unnecessary. P.S. Automation experts will always be necessary as long as automation exists, their skill set will just change from building to advising and managing.

I think the skill will shift from building workflows to understanding business problems and choosing the right solution. The technical side may get easier, but knowing what actually needs automating will still matter.
Using AI to Automate Content Production!
Just watched a video by Nick Saraev (previous Goat here on Skool), and he basically has found a way to edit his business content automatically, and he uses these steps to do it. 1. Record your video normally in OBS (or whatever screen recorder you use). Save the MP4 into a folder on your computer that Claude Code can access. 2. Open Claude Code in plan mode and voice-transcribe this: "I want to build a workflow that takes a video as input, finds the silent gaps and cuts them, finds any spoken mistakes and cuts those too, then adds a little intro animation at the start. Before you plan, search the web for 3 existing approaches. Give me a plan for each." 3. Pick the approach that uses a "silence detector" first. There's a free tool that listens to your audio and marks exactly where you're talking vs. where you're silent. Combine it with ffmpeg (a free program that actually does the cutting) and hardware acceleration (which just means "use your computer's graphics card to make it run faster"). 4. Tell Claude to save the workflow so you can reuse it. Something like: "Save this as a reusable workflow I can trigger by name." That way you can turn it into a skill. 5. Trigger it! - Run it and you will have your video automatically edited for you. Thinking of running this to see how a result can turn out, but just wanted to share since I know people here are mostly posting content, and being able to automate the process is pretty cool

I’d say the biggest win here is not just saving time, but being able to spend that time on the parts that drive results. If the editing can be automated, you can put more energy into the message, the hook, and the action you want the viewer to take next.
Content creators: what's your current AI workflow for repurposing content?
Content creators: what's your current AI workflow for repurposing content? For example: 🎥 Long-form video ↓ 🧠 AI extracts key ideas ↓ ✍️ Posts/emails/scripts ↓ 📱 Short-form content I'm curious whether people are getting genuinely useful content from these workflows or still spending a lot of time editing the AI output.

I think the biggest thing is making sure repurposing doesn’t just turn one piece of content into 10 slightly different versions. Each format can have a different job depending on where someone is in the journey: some build awareness, some build trust, and some should actually move people toward taking action.
4 Months Left in 2026 — What Are You Working Toward?
𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬! There are just 4 months left in 2026. Which makes September a good time to ask: Are you where you thought your coaching business would be by now? Maybe you’ve built an audience. You’re creating content. People know what you do. But the leads and sales still aren’t as consistent as you’d like. If your growth feels slower than you expected, here are 3 areas worth looking at: 𝟏. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 If people are engaging but not joining your email list, booking calls, or checking out your offer, there may be a gap between your content and your offer. 𝟐. 𝐈𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝? People should quickly understand who it’s for, what problem it solves, and what result they can expect. 𝟑. 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡? Most people won’t buy the first time they see your offer. Your emails, retargeting, and follow-up can make a huge difference. Sometimes growing your coaching business isn’t about getting more attention. It’s about doing a better job of turning the attention you already have into leads and clients. There’s still plenty of time to improve that before the year ends. 𝐒𝐨 𝐈’𝐦 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝟒 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔?
