Introduction
Gentlemen and Ladies, It is an honor to be part of the Society of Ordinary Gentlemen. I hold a deep respect for the principles that bring us together—civility, courtesy, and meaningful conversation. I believe strongly in respect and brotherly love, and I try to live by the values of loyalty, honesty, and integrity. To me, loyalty to those in your inner circle is not just important—it is foundational. I make it a point to surround myself with like-minded individuals who value fairness, equality, and doing what is right. In both my personal and professional life, I consider myself a servant to my community, and I find true purpose in helping others and contributing in a positive way. I look forward to engaging with each of you and being part of this community of shared values. Respectfully, Elliott Jones

My hobbies include teaching Masonic lessons, ceremonies, and history within the Brotherhood—an endeavor I hold close to my heart, as it allows me to preserve tradition while guiding others in its meaning. I am also a devoted fragrance enthusiast, with a deep appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship behind scent, often spending time studying and researching this unique form of expression. My interests are firmly rooted in community leadership through public service and civic responsibility. I work tirelessly to help make my community a better place to live and work, not just for today, but for the generations that will follow. I am a strong advocate for fairness, and I believe deeply in extending a hand to those less fortunate. Having come from very humble beginnings, I have never lost sight of where I started, and that perspective continues to shape my purpose. Over the decades, I have worked diligently to earn every opportunity and position I hold. Today, I serve as President of the City Council for our county seat, as well as the Homeland Security Point of Contact and Director of Emergency Management for our county. Yet titles have never defined me. I have stood toe-to-toe in difficult conversations with a mayor, shared a table with a senator, shaken hands with a governor—and the very next morning, I would not hesitate to get on the back of a garbage truck if a route needed to be covered. That, to me, is service. I am humbled by what I have been able to achieve, but I do not view it as authority—only responsibility. I believe every person is equal, and that our duty is to serve one another with respect and integrity. One principle I live by is to never confuse what you do with who you are. At my core, I am simply a man who grew up with very little, worked hard for every step forward, and now strives to use those steps to make the path easier for others. I believe in people. I believe in service. And above all, I believe in the value of loving and lifting up your fellow man.
