Wining tips for us crooked girlies!
Hi Luna/ ladies! So - as you can see here when I’m “throwing it back”/ wining, my movement is limited. Today I learned why after an x-ray - I have very worn discs in my lower spine and a totally messed up pelvis 🤦🏼♀️😂 So… I am awaiting chiropractic treatment to help me get my full range of motion again! Other than practicing/ stretching - are there any other tips you can give to help get a good range of motion when wining? 💖💖💖💖💖💖
