To get out for my long run! Nice loop of 15km about 650 meters elevated gain. Alternate for poor weather will be a less grunty, urban-fringe but slightly longer trail.
Flex - keeping to my training with 1 strength and 2 mobility sessions. (I’ve been inconsistent) Flex 2 - I’m rebuilding my strength and had a 12km 446 meter (about 1400 ft) elevation gain today whoop whoop
