Friday nights after 5 work for me, I voted Monday nights, also Saturday and Sunday mornings sometimes! Monday night is when I could most consistently come to class though.

Hello! My name is Ella! I've been practicing yoga for about a year and half now! My current goal is to get stronger, particularly to get better at arm balances as that is something that I struggle with. My favorite yoga poses are wheel, bird of paradise, and warrior 3! I sadly won't be able to make it to the first class held on here, but am looking forward to getting involved with a new yoga community this way and attending classes in the future!
