Hi Ella and community! My name is Elizabeth, and I also go by Liz. I can't believe this is a free resource-- thank you so much, Ella! I am so grateful for this opportunity to connect with women who also have celiac because it is a new-ish and pretty isolating and overwhelming journey. My goals are to reclaim my health in general -- I haven't felt well in years, connect with other women qho struggle with CD, and to continue to learn as much as possible about Celiac Disease and how to best care for myself.
