Roast my 100M Offer
I wrote out the framework (program structure headings along with the number of sessions) asked Grok to give me this as a starting point which i can iterate on and make better fitting for where I want to go. Not a fan of the money back guarantee (I know alex uses other guarantees). Overall - looking on how I can improve on this to fit the niche better and then also would like to figuring how to blend the two niches into one (if that is possible - as they are quite similar). -------------------------------------------------------------- Lifestyle Freedom Protocol (niche 2) Replace Your Corporate Income in 90 Days Without Trading One 60-Hour Week for Another Core Promise For corporate fathers aged 35–50 who are done missing bedtime, weekends, and their own lives: in 6 private 1:1 sessions over 90 days, you will design, validate, and systemize a lifestyle business that can fully replace your current income — while requiring far fewer hours — so you can exit (or dramatically reduce) corporate life with clarity, purpose, and time for your kids. Price: $10,500 (or 3 × $3,700) The Exact Program Structure Month 1 – Foundation Session 1: Clarity – Purpose, Value & Direction Audit Deep diagnostic of your skills, values, constraints, income needs, and ideal lifestyle. We extract the real reasons you want out and define non-negotiable outcomes (time with kids, income floor, purpose metrics). Session 2: Design – Niche, Offer & Business Model Creation We build your high-value, low-time niche, craft a Grand Slam Offer that sells itself to ideal clients, and lock in a simple business model designed for lifestyle (not hustle). Month 2 – Traction Session 3: Validate – Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Gameplan Proven, ethical systems to generate your first (or next) clients without cold DMs all day or paid ads that drain you. Clear 30-day acquisition plan tailored to a busy corporate schedule. Session 4: Systemize – Scaling Plan + Automation & Delegation Map the minimum viable systems so the business runs without you becoming the bottleneck. Identify what to automate, what to template, and what (if anything) to eventually hand off — so hours stay low as revenue grows.

@Paulo The strongest part is the practical ambition behind the offer. I would make the specific outcome and who it is for unmistakable in the first line, so the boldness feels credible rather than just broad.
Roast My Landing Page (& offer)
This one is an offer that just might get put to bed after it gets the roasty toasty treatment. Interested to see the feedback. You’ve been building your Skool community. You’ve been working hard & you’ve tried the tips & hacks all the successful Skool’s are doing. But even after the About Page update, the rebrand, the 7 day challenge, posting consistently… all of the right things. Something is just not going the way you thought it would. You keep hearing that quiet whisper “is it me?” “Am I the problem?” Snap out of it! You aren’t! Community building comes with some unique challenges. For every type of community. But your unique community experience needs a fresh set of eyes & some new perspectives. Meet Your Skool Building Bestie! Hi 👋🏼 I offer 2 Calls where we take a deep dive into what you’ve already done & what you want your community to be like. The first call is all diagnosis. Previous clients tell me all the time “I didn’t see it that way” and “I hadn’t thought about it like that.” You’ll walk away with 2-3 specific things to implement & DM support while you do. Then 3-5 weeks later, we’ll hop on a second call to talk about everything that’s changed after implementation. More traffic? More participation? More paying clients? A clear member pathway? I have a goal to get 5 owners 🍀 ⭐️ in the next 45 days! Will you be one of them? Book the call here & let’s get going today!

@Faith Adebayo, the page has a reassuring, thoughtful tone and the two-call structure makes the offer feel practical rather than like another vague audit. I’d make the decision at the end even more concrete: name the types of problem they will leave able to distinguish, such as activation, positioning, or offer fit. That turns “clarity” into a reason to book now.

@Faith You're welcome. The ending is where people need to know exactly what to do with the insight, so making that next step clearer should strengthen it nicely.
Roast my priority/waitlist page please!
I would love to get some feedback on my priority page for my upcoming program. Thank you! https://go.nourishedbynadia.com/nourished-lifestyle-accelerator-priority

@Nadia Quraishi, the audience and outcome are clear straight away, which is great. I’d bring the mechanism into the first screen too: something like “an 8-week, four-anchor plant-based rhythm…” That makes the promise feel more tangible before someone scrolls, rather than leaving them to discover how it works later.

The page explains the practical details, but I would make the reason to join more immediate near the top. Lead with the change someone wants, then make priority access the payoff.
Get better at marketing by doing it!
That's what @Eliot Payne will help you with. I've been active in his group since my first few days at Skool and @Eliot Payne has been a friend that I'm happy to finally see on the grill and earning this post, because The Marketing Common Room is amazing. If you join, for just 12 bucks he will offer you a strategy call and a complete plan on your email that should be worth much much more than that. One of my private clients took that call, got the plan and was very grateful for it. What else? - Live calls and a free 1:1 session - Hands on sessions covering ads, content and campaign breakdowns - Feedback on real work - Simple challenges to stay consistent - Practical skills you can actually use - A room where people turn up and improve Don't miss this opportunity. Check The Marketing Common Room right now!

@Paulo Exactly. Accountability is useful when it turns a vague intention into the next small action, rather than another thing to think about.
Roast My Workshop Ad Copy
So I've written an ad copy storytelling style) for a free live workshop I'm hosting this Thursday and I'd love your brutal honest feedback before I put money behind it. Here's what I specifically want to know: 1. Is it clear who this is for? 2. Is the problem I'm addressing coming through? 3. Is this a topic that would genuinely interest coaches? Thank you all in advance🙌 This is the ad: Why Another Business Strategy Won't Get You More Clients She called me on a Thursday afternoon. Impatient. Excited. Buzzing with five new ideas. A second community. A new offer. A different niche. Start again somewhere else. I let her finish. Then I had to be honest. Because four months earlier, my client Q had 4 members in her Skool group. Stuck at that number for months. Back then we made a plan. She followed it. Two weeks later -> 80 members. A month after that ->120 members Then she disappeared. No posts. No replies. I reached out. No response. Weeks of silence. When she finally came back she said something I haven't forgotten: "Something was holding me back from even opening your message." Not busy. Not life getting in the way. Something stopping her from even looking at it. That's not a strategy problem. So we sat down together. Not to fix her strategy. Her strategy was fine. But to rewire what was actually happening under the surface. Today Q posts every single day. She shows up. She creates content. She presents in a way she never was before. And continues to grow her community. Not because she found a better system. But because we addressed the thing the system couldn't touch. The strategy is rarely the problem. It's the belief underneath that decides whether you follow it or not. This Thursday at 7 pm CET I'm hosting a free live workshop inside my Skool community. It's called: How to Scale Your Coaching Business to the Next Level Without Another Business Blueprint Even If You've Been Stuck in the Same Place for Years. I'm going to show you exactly where these patterns come from, why another system won't fix them, and what actually does.

The story earns attention because the avoidance moment is specific and recognisable. I’d tighten the bridge from Q’s story to the workshop: right after ‘That’s not a strategy problem,’ state the actual pattern in plain language so readers don’t have to wait for the diagnosis. I would also shorten the workshop title. ‘Scale Your Coaching Business to the Next Level’ is broad, while the strongest promise here is helping coaches stop the start–stop cycle that keeps good strategies unused. Keep Q anonymised, but make the result more concrete and be careful not to imply that one workshop can resolve a deep pattern. That makes the invitation feel more credible, not less compelling.

@Alexandra That sounds like the right change. A shorter title and a clearer first line will make the outcome easier to grasp at a glance.
