Eye discipline
Is there a way you can train eye discipline or does that just come with reps and practice?

@Jacob Dakiniewich I often look in the backfield when I know I shouldn’t, I guess my question is how do I break this habit of not looking in the backfield? Does it come with lots of practice or are there tricks or practices that help?
