@Zach Watson Nope. I didn't know any men who's employer had paternity or men who took it. It was basically if you had PTO you used it.

@Jeff Ledell I love this. I have for sure prioritized time with my kids over making money. Its a sacrifice and can be painful but one thing Ill never get back is my time with them.
