🛑 Stop Managing Time. Start Managing Priorities.
Ever feel like there’s just too much going on? Livestreams, trainings, networking, trying to level up, new tools, podcasts… and then you still have to talk to sellers, find buyers, run comps, follow up, send offers? it’s a lot. Here’s what I’ve learned. Most of us don’t have a time management problem. We have a priority management problem. You can’t do everything. You’re not supposed to. But you can decide what matters most right now. For most beginners, that means focusing on one thing: finding and talking to motivated sellers. That’s what keeps the business alive. Everything else is noise until that part is consistent. The more you protect your priorities, the less overwhelmed you feel. Time management is about controlling your schedule. Priority management is about controlling your direction. If this helped you get some clarity, hit like and follow for more content.

👋🏻You Are the Brand
Years ago, I knew a mechanic that built a reputation for being honest. He wasn’t the cheapest, he didn’t advertise, and he didn’t have a flashy shop. But if he told you your car needed a part, you believed him. People drove from other towns just to have him look at their vehicles. What he built wasn’t just a business, it was a brand. His name became shorthand for trust. The same principle applies in any field, including wholesaling. Before people buy what you’re offering, they buy who you are. Your consistency, professionalism, and reliability become the reason others choose to work with you, or not. You don’t need to be the loudest or the most polished. Just be the one people trust to do what you say you’ll do. That’s the foundation of a brand that lasts. If this resonates with you, like and follow for more content.🚀
@Billy Cannon I agree. Bad reputation kills the business. Not just for you, but everybody else as well.

Thing That Can Make or Break a Wholesaling Business (That No One Talks About)
Most people think the biggest challenge in wholesaling is finding the right deal… but here’s the truth: The real challenge is being remembered. Deals don’t always happen the first time you talk to a seller or a buyer sometimes it’s weeks or even months later. Here’s where most wholesalers slip: they leave the first impression in DMs, random texts, or phone calls that eventually get lost. But imagine this what if every seller or buyer you ever spoke with had ONE place to always find you, trust you, and remember you? That’s how top closers create authority. It’s not just about making an offer, it’s about building presence that stays even when you’re not in the room. I’m curious… Do you think credibility plays a bigger role than negotiation in closing deals? Or is negotiation still king?
@Duke Charlie your brand should exude confidence, trustworthiness, etc. Here is a simple mindset that I use to guide my brand. (Disclaimer: this is what works for me.) I treat my clients and customers as if I were talking to my grandma. Find that person in your life that inspires you to be your best and look at that person in your client.
@Ojo David you don't have to trust me. I'm nobody. Test it and see what happens.
✨Honest Tips and Tricks for Beginners
If you are brand new to the group or you've been here for a little while, but still trying to figure out how to get started, this are my honest recommendations. 1. Learn as much as possible: There will be some knowledge gaps. Zack and Rick can't teach everything in some cases because each state, county, and city is different. In other cases, they won't teach your some things because they have a business as well (xleads, their title company and the tax consulting firm, high ticket courses, etc.). 2. If you don't have the funds, bridge those gaps using AI: AI will tell you when and where to seek an legal and tax advice. If you have the funds, absolutely go all the way with Zack and Rick. 3. Work as you learn: Do not expect to know everything before you start implementing what you know. Allow some freedom to make mistakes and learn by doing. 4. Be careful with what you post in the community: The are tears among the wheat. Parasites that will suck the life out of your work and leave you dry. Share your successes to receive that little body of dopamine that comes with celebration. Also, share your temporary defeats, to receive appreciative and constructive feedback. But keep the details to yourself.
@Jennifer Figueroa my pleasure.
