Hamstring Sore Years After Starting Taekwondo
I started Taekwondo at 44 years old and have been going to class 2 times a week for the last 2.5 years. I stretch before and after, hydrate, and ice a couple times after each workout. I do push myself like I'm 25 still which may be the problem but even after all this time I still have sore hamstrings after almost every class. Was planning on reaching out to Doctor/PT next. Anyone experienced this?

How To Unlock 🔓 Flexibility
Flexibility is everything—especially as you get older. If you want to improve AND keep your flexibility, focus on these 2 methods: 1. Resistance Stretching Don’t just relax into a stretch. Use resistance bands or a partner pushing you down. → Resist the pressure → Then relax into it That’s where real flexibility gains happen. 2. Cool Down Stretching After every hard training session… stretch. No excuses. This helps your body recover and keeps your flexibility from dropping over time. Most people skip this. That’s why they stay tight. Your turn 👇 What’s your go-to stretch?
